Some activities at the B-CC IWLA Conservation Farm carry higher risks for participants than others, especially the shooting sports
In order to better manage our insurance liabilities, our chapter requires that guests, in some cases even the immediate family members of Individual, Youth, Student, and Retired members, to complete & sign our chapter’s Hold Harmless Agreement (HHA) every day they engage in that activity
There is a copy below at the link provided. Guests may download the Hold Harmless Agreement, print it out, complete & sign it ahead of time, or they can fill out a blank copy from those we have on site
It is, however, MANDATORY for MINORS that their parents complete the HHA ahead of time if they are NOT accompanying that child to the B-CC IWLA. There is a parental consent section that must be completed & signed by the child’s parent or legal guardian before the chapter may accept that HA and permit the child to participate in the activity in question
