The event consists of five 1-kilometer loops and 4 shooting stops at the range.  Shooting stops 1&3 are from prone position; stops 2&4 are off-hand.  22 bolt action, iron sight rifles firing 22LR standard velocity are standard; any rifle chambered in 22LR is acceptable.  Standard velocity ammo is mandated for target preservation.  Range safety is paramount!
