Archery Range Report –February 2021

We had a productive Archery ZOOM Committee Meeting the last week of January.

The next Committee Meeting is scheduled for March 2nd at 7:30pm. All members are welcome. Email a request to me, and I will get you an invite.

The coming season plans include: tree-stand practice platform install, bowhunting / butchering seminar, fletching / stringing seminar, Level 2 Archery Instructor Training (likely to be in March), Youth Archery Course (4 sessions), Military Veteran Archery Program, and many infrastructure improvements.

The Target Range has two rectangular broadhead targets. Broadheads damage all other 3-D and bag targets. Please be considerate.

All stone and construction materials on site are earmarked for a Girl Scout Gold Award project; please do not remove them. If you have flagstone or building stone you would like to donate, please contact us.

3-D Archery course will be set up for the season on April 10th starting at 8:00am. The formal 3-D Shoot Calendar will be determined on March 2nd.

Come out and use the Target Range sunrise to sunset any day. If you’d like some instruction, contact us via the email addresses below, and we will schedule a lesson or two.
