B-CC IWLA Member, the chapter committee chairs and 1st VP, Walt Allensworth, encourage and invite you & your families to join fellow members next Saturday, April 9th, for Spring Cleanup Day
The Rifle-Pistol, Shotgun, & Archery ranges will be closed until 1pm

Be comfortable, be prepared !!!
Saturday the 9th may be (according to WeatherBug) to be damp & cool, with a high around 60⁰F in the afternoon. Dress to get dirty, dusty, grimy, and/or wet, depending upon where you desire to serve the chapter that day – Bring a windbreaker/jacket
– Put solid outdoor footwear on your feet
– Bring appropriate safety gear for outdoor work:
o Safety Glasses
o Work Gloves
o Apron, coveralls, or other protective gear as needed o Chainsaws, shovels, spades, hard rakes, soft rakes, hand tools in general
o Any additional safety gear specific to equipment you expect to operate
As always, NO personal vehicles will be allowed off the chapter driveways !!!

This is a GREAT opportunity to get in chapter work hours to earn a pass on the annual $50 work premium for your 2023 membership renewal
*** The chapter will credit members who work from 8:30am to 1:00pm ****** with a full 6 hours of volunteer time! ****** Probationary members: Don’t miss this opportunity !!!***
ALL volunteers should arrive & sign-in at the chapterhouse at or before 8:15am
- Sign-in at the chapterhouse even if you plan to work elsewhere on the farm
BE SURE to sign-in at the table on the front porch of the chapterhouse so that you get your hours properly credited and can be assigned to projects where you are needed
Families, please enter the name of each family-member participating
Some work may take place on different parts of the farm and may require driving to the location
Crews may be working into the afternoon, as tasks require
Lunch will be served at the Shotgun Range Pavilion @ 1:00pm !!!
Walt Allensworth and his crew will be serving a hot lunch after the bulk of the cleanup work has been completed:
- hamburgers
- hotdogs
- Italian sausages
- potato chips
- a variety of beverages
