New-member fees at the B-CC IWLA are comprised of onetime fees, annual dues (prorated July-December), and add-ons that new members may choose to include or not as they see their own needs
The table below shows the New-Member Fees by membership type based on the month that each new member is initiated into the chapter as a new member. The IWLA membership year ends December 31st

The adult memberships (Individual & Family) include the onetime Initiation Fee of $205.00
All membership types include the onetime Security Fee of $25.00 to set up electronic access to the property
Members may purchase an additional access card ($10.00 – Family Members only), additional vehicle decals ($2.00 per decal), and/or universal padlock keys to the farm gates ($10.00 per key)
