The Big Pond Pavilion sits along the shore of our Chapter’s two-acre Big Pond, offering members and guests a rustic, sheltered spot to enjoy the outdoors. Built in 2019 under the leadership of volunteers, the 12′ × 16′ wooden structure provides shade and cover for anglers, families, and hikers. With its open sides and simple roofline, the pavilion blends naturally into its surroundings while giving visitors a comfortable place to pause, picnic, or escape the elements. From its vantage point, you can watch the water change with the seasons, observe herons, frogs, or turtles along the shoreline, and enjoy the peace of this natural setting.
