DESCRIPTION:Did you receive a blackpowder firearm as a gift or inherited one and don’t know what to do with it? Are you ready to test your skills against others in the afternoon shooting match and compete for prizes? Don’ t miss out on this marvelous opportunity for knowledgeable instruction\, loads of fun\, and the unique smell of blackpowder smoke!\nInline\, percussion\, or flintlock shooters are all welcome. There will be instruction time for new muzzleloader shooters to develop a workable shooting load\, for “veterans” and more experienced shooters to sight-in their guns\, and for all to practice shooting. \nBring the muzzleloader that you want to shoot or let Mark Gochnour know in your email that you would like to try one out so he can arrange for a loaner. If you are new to shooting a muzzleloader\, a veteran shooter will be assigned to work with you. \nMatch participants will be provided opportunities to shoot at some unusual novelty targets again this year\, including The Flopping Plate.
